    Secret Woods Nature Center
    The Secret Woods Nature Center exhibits an interpretative display of the area's flora and fauna. The center also features an 1,800 square foot assembly hall, accommodating up to 135 people, which is available to rent for corporate functions or parties. Educational classes and workshops are also offered, covering topics such as landscape design, birdwatching and yoga. The center is open year-round from 8am-6pm daily.

    A 'zoo' of a different sort, Lion Country Safari, is actively involved in the breeding and conservation of endangered or threatened African species through it's captive breeding program. People are 'caged' in this zoo in vehicles which permit a safari like tour to view the animals in their respective habitats. White Rhino's, chimpanzees, African Elephants and other species are available for viewing. This establishment is also a licensed rehabilitation facility offering care to injured wildlife and releasing back to the wild where possible.

    Gumbo Limbo Environmental Complex is a 20-acre complex that is home to one of the few surviving coastal hammocks, also known as a forest island.
